Insurance and Security

The department of Insurance and Security one of the 04 (four) oldest departments of HICM. The department aims to explore the growing relationship between insurance, risk management and financial services. The programmes of Insurance and Security combine a practical approach with sound theory, providing the all-round skills and knowledge necessary for success in a competitive global business environment. The department has five permanent staff (02 Lecturers and 03 Assistant). The part-time lecturers are selected amongst the best. The mission of the Insurance and Security Department is to create an excellent teaching and learning environment to impart quality education by focusing on nurturing innovation, entrepreneurship, research and ethics by enhancing their self-confidence, creative skills and professional expertise thereby developing leaders of competence, conscience, and compassion.
